Free giveaway

Q. What happens when two geeks get together and then move into their own house?
A. You get duplicates of certain films, books and other such media.

As and when Kaz and I discover that we have a duplicate of something, we'll be offering them up free to any friends that want to take them off our hands. (Following that, it will probably be Ebay).

The first crop of duplicates consists of:
- Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (large hardback)
- The complete set of Narnia books (small paperback)
- Robin Hobb's Assassin trilogy (Apprentice and Royal are small paperback, Quest is large hardback)
- Robin Hobb's Fool's Errand (large paperback)
- Alien Ressurection novelisation (small paperback)[1]

[1] I hasten to add that I never owned a copy of this and that my chest-burster fascinated wife possesses two for some ungodly reason.

I'd happily give the Narnia books a home if there's no-one more likely to be in Notts sooner who wants them.

I've lost (no idea how) my copy of the Narnia books - I'll happily turn them over to you if I can read them all again first...

It's really just a matter of wanting to read them again myself, after I lent my set to Nick and Jacqui's children and never saw them again!

I'd take them either, but unfortunately I'm even less local, so I don't think I count :)

Actually, the copies are just very small.

I would love to read them but would surrender them to Dessie as he called it first.

Ah, but Notts is full of geeks with their own copies...

Wow. I didn't think we'd actually shift that one. In fact, its been a while since we last visited, when are you free to receive delivery? (Actually, I'll email you about that as LJ is naff for that sort of thing)
